With the final closure of the Copernicus Open Access Hub in the first days of November, the Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem has fully taken over the role of the official gateway to Sentinel Data. Copernicus Browser hosted more than 180.000 visitors in the last month and more than 90.000 have registered to use advanced features and download the data.

The Ecosystem served as the development platform for the Cassini Hackathon 2023 with more than 500 active participants and 99 teams at 10 locations in Europe.

The Copernicus Browser has grown with cloudless mosaics and precise orbit determination data and is now available in English, German, Spanish, French, Polish, Latvian and Slovenian thanks to our contributors. The Ecosystem has grown with new federated partners Atos and Mundi and now has more than 70,000 registered users.

We are pleased to be part of the implementation of the Copernicus Global Land Cover and Tropical Forest Mapping and Monitoring Service - LCFM. This new service will continue and enhance the 100m Copernicus Global Land Cover layers and provide a dynamic global land cover service at 10m resolution for the years 2020-2026.
